Title: Lost my mum in November 2015 - still finding it hard

Hi everyone, I have only just found this forum online, hadn't thought to look before, but feel like I need some support from people experiencing the same thing.
My mum passed away in November 2015 at the age of 58, she had COPD. I did see an Insight councillor last year for the 7 sessions they offer but it is all still painful.
