Title: Struggling

Hi I am Lou, I am new to this site today. My best friend and my sister both passed away within two months of each last summer and I am really missing them both and struggling to accept their deaths. I have joined today in the hope of getting support about dealing with bereavement. Looking forward to chatting.

Sending a warm welcome  :hug:  it's hard enough coping with one loss, losing two loved ones so close to each other certainly makes it harder xx

Welcome Loulou.  So sorry for your losses.  So difficult for you being so close together, you've not had time to greive for one or the other.  Please tell us about them both when you feel ready.  Sending hugs, take care, Penny x
