Hi youngbob. Welcome to the forum.

I know only too well how losing a partner can turn your world upside down. It is a very long and difficult process to try to come to terms with such a major change in your life.

I wish you strength

Hi Youngbob. My Husband of 40 years passed away 15 months ago.  It is really hard to begin with, but rest assured, the pain does subside slowly. I still miss my Husband very much, and my life as it was has changed.  I have been kind of forced to move on quicker than I would have liked. Fiance has and still is my biggest problem, lack of finances on top of my loss has been hard and very upsetting. However, having to deal with things helps the pain subside.
