I lost my Dad nearly a year ago on January 2016.  He died of heart failure. He was aged 89.  I've lost other members of my family in the last few years. I first posted on Bereavement UK when I lost my mum. I haven't posted for a while.

My thoughts are with you Hun. My dad went in August and I've never felt so lost!

I hope I'm reaching this anniversary you will find some peace within yourself even at such a sad time xx
