Hi , thought id introduce myself as  ozzy or oz , lost my wife in april aged 37

Hello and welcome Ozzy, so sorry to hear of the sad loss of your wife, so young too,  life can sometimes be really cruel.  I lost my wife very suddenly to cancer in April,  but at least we did have 49 wonderful years together.

Most on here have lost a wife, husband, or someone close to them, so we do know how you are feeling right now,  there's nothing worse than the grief and loneliness you feel after losing your partner, the person you love more than anything else in the world, and it will take a long time to come to terms with what's happened.   I hope that joining this forum which is quite unique, will give you some comfort, as sometimes sharing your loss with people who are in the same position does seem to help a little.
Take it a day at a time,  I'm 5-months in also, and I still do a lot of crying,  but with time it will get better.
