Hello to everyone,
I'm based in the South East and lost my mum on Jan 11th 2018.
I haven't even begun to grieve yet... But I can feel it coming.
I'm hoping to get support and offer a little in return.

I'm sure you will find support here. A year isn't long, but the first year without someone is very hard to get through, so well done for getting this far. I find this website certainly helps me feel like I have some support and reassures me that it's ok not to be 'over it', as so many of those who haven't yet lost someone seem to expect us to be after such a short time. I think everyone here knows better. The Facebook group and chatroom can certainly help also. Both are more immediate than this forum, so you might find those helpful too. All best wishes, Sandra
